Experience

• Software Engineer II · TechCare Inc.

  May 2026 – Present
  • Contributing to a Canadian mental health support platform across web and mobile applications using React and modern frontend engineering practices
  • Building scalable, user-centric interfaces and collaborating on platform architecture for high-availability healthcare-focused systems
  • Working closely with cross-functional remote teams to deliver production-ready features, improve application performance, and maintain consistent user experience across platforms

• Software Engineer · Metadesign Solutions

  2022 – March 2026
  • Led feature delivery in distributed remote teams, contributing to architectural decisions, async collaboration workflows, and agile sprint execution
  • Architected and delivered full-stack production systems serving 500+ active users, owning system design from frontend architecture to backend services and database modeling
  • Designed and implemented WebSocket-based real-time synchronization ensuring consistent multi-user state across concurrent sessions and devices under concurrent modification scenarios
  • Developed scalable RESTful APIs and modular backend services with TypeScript and Express, optimizing for performance, maintainability, and long-term extensibility
  • Engineered complex scheduling engines with strict collision detection, deterministic insertion logic, and dynamic viewport scaling for high-interaction, state-heavy workflows
  • Mentored 2–3 junior engineers through structured code reviews, architectural guidance, and hands-on debugging support, reducing recurring defects and improving delivery consistency across releases
